The Casino Chip and Gaming Token Collectors Club, Inc. d/b/a The Casino Collectibles Association (hereinafter “CCA”) wishes to strive for a club atmosphere that promotes enjoyment of the hobby, encourages fairness and trust in all casino collectibles sales and trades and a safe environment where all collectors feel welcome.

In order to work toward those goals, the CCA requires its members, and all members agree, while engaging in CCA activities or engaging in the purchase, sale, trading or marketing of casino collectibles, to abide by the following rules:

  1. To follow the rules, regulations and policies of the CCA;
  2. To follow the rules, regulations and policies of the MoGH;
  3. To follow the rules, regulations and policies of the ChipGuide;
  4. To follow the CCA’s Non-Discrimination Statement and Policy and to refrain from engaging in any discriminatory or harassing conduct, as set forth therein;
  5. To refrain from physically harming or endangering any CCA member or other casino collectibles collector;
  6. To be honest, fair and ethical when engaging in any sales, trades, consignments or marketing of any casino collectible;
  7. To refrain from buying or selling any casino collectible for which the proper ownership may reasonably be questioned;
  8. To take reasonable steps within a reasonable period of time to correct any error made in any transaction;
  9. To refrain from selling, exhibiting, producing or advertising known counterfeits, copies, reproductions or restrikes of any item unless their nature is clearly indicated as such;
  10. To represent casino collectibles as genuine only when it is genuinely known or believed that such items are in fact authentic, and when no reasonable and credible question of their authenticity has been raised;
  11. To furnish requested advice to the best of my ability and knowledge, and not to take advantage of superior knowledge on my part to the disadvantage of a less knowledgeable collector;
  12. To offer on all sales and trades, a 10-day return privilege on any item purchased or traded, unless I have clearly and conspicuously stated that items are sold or traded “as is” and without a return privilege;
  13. To refrain from making any unjustified, harmful and false comments about other members;
  14. To abide by all local, state and federal laws and to assist in the prosecution of those who may violate such laws and regulations; and
  15. To cooperate fully with officers of the Club, or those designated to act on behalf of the Club, who are investigating and resolving issues which may arise, and complaints which may be made, and to provide such information to such officers or designated representatives as may reasonably be requested.
