David Spragg

David Spragg

President

Since joining the CCA 20 years ago, I’ve been a pretty active volunteer and officer and also organizing fund raisers. I am currently the auction Co-Chair and webmaster, as well as co-author of The Chiprack and The Gaming Table. I also operate the Chipboard, Strikepoint and SlotCardBBS on-line forums and maintain the MoGH Preserving Gaming History website. Hall of Fame member since 2021.

Jim Follis

Jim Follis

Vice President

After a chance encounter with the CC>CC’s 1998 Convention, at The Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV, Jim became aware that he was not alone in the interest and hobby of collecting casino memorabilia. Within 2 years he became a volunteer and has continuously held a multiple of appointed and elected positions ever since. In addition to serving his third term as Vice President, Jim also serves as the Vice Chair of the CCA’s Museum of Gaming History, with responsibility as the MoGH’s Director of Exhibits and Events, Convention Educational Exhibits Director and is the CCA Newsletter Editor in Chief. Jim resides in Las Vegas, NV with his wife of 47 years, Pam Focazio, and their son Casey. As a Life Member of the CCA and the MoGH, Jim is always honored to be a part of the Club!

Bud Wisinski

Bud Wisinski

Treasurer

I’m Bud Wisinski. I’m a Los Angeles resident and I live there with my wife of over 40 years. I’m a very modest chip collector but I enjoy the Club magazine and convention. I joined the Club Board of Officers as treasurer because there was a need that I was well qualified to fulfill. A CPA now retired; but I do all of the finance functions for the Burbank, California, Moose Lodge. I hope you enjoy the convention. I’ll see you there (or in the poker room).

James Hogg

James Hogg

Secretary

My wife and I (along with our young family) moved to Las Vegas from England around 20 years ago and while working at the MGM grand I discovered casino chips and have never looked back. My collecting was at the start like many new collectors a little erratic but now I have grown to love collecting Small Town Nevada and Casino Plaques. In the last few years I have been more and more involved within the CCA and I am looking forward to seeing everyone in Las Vegas (along with their chips!)

Jay Sands

Jay Sands

Membership Officer

I started collecting casino chips and other memorabilia in the 1980s. Following some 40+ years in the motion picture business, in 2019 I retired and moved to Las Vegas. I joined the CCA in 1999 and since then I’ve been very involved in many aspects of the hobby. In 2004 I became co-chair of the Club Auction. I have served as Vice President of the CCA on four different occasions. I’ve been co-author of The Chip Rack, co-promoter of Casinorama

I retired from IBM, after 42 years in 2007. I currently am the operations manager (volunteer) at the Burbank Moose Lodge. I enjoy playing poker as well as collecting casino chips.
